The electric single-girder overhead crane is a kind of mini type hoisting machinery and it should proper matching use CD1 ,MD1 type and low headroom electric hoist. The lifting capacity is between 1~20t, span is between 7.5~28.5m, classification group is between A3~A4 and the operating ambient temperature is between -25ºC ~ 50 ºC.
The electric single-girder overhead crane is widely used in factory, warehouse, stock ground and other different occasions to lift cargo. It is also using in flammable, explosive and corrosive medium environment. The products have two operating modes, they are remote control on ground and remote control in operating house.
The electric single-girder under-slung crane with the special characteristics of compact design and low headroom. It increasing the effective work places and reducing the construction investment in early stage for customers and the electric single-girder under-slung crane can save considerable capital for customers. The model single girder suspension motor crane and CD1 model and MD1 model electric hoist are used together as a complete set. The lifting capacity is between 0.5t~10t, span is between 3~22.5m, classification group is between A3~A4 and the operating ambient temperature is between -25ºC ~ 50 ºC.It is also using in flammable, explosive and corrosive medium environment. It is usually used in general workshop and warehouse to loading and unloading as well as handling cargo. It has three operating modes including ground control, remote control and ground control with remote control.
The LDZ single beam grab crane is roughly the same as the LD electric single beam crane, except that the grab mechanism is different. Equipped with a grab lift trolley, the crane is suitable for handling almost all loose and bulk materials such as garbage, industrial materials and sand. The lifting capacity of the bridge crane varies from 2 tons to 10 tons, and the working class is A4. This crane can not be used in flammable, explosive or corrosive environment. It is ideal for lifting in mining, waste treatment plants, steel plants and power plants.
