Grab Bucket Overhead Crane is a kind of special material handling equipment specially designed for bulk material lifting, loading, unloading and transferring. It is equipped with professional grab bucket device, stable lifting mechanism and reliable electrical control system, which can realize efficient, automatic and closed handling of loose materials, effectively avoid material scattering and dust pollution, and greatly improve the operation efficiency.

This series crane adopts double girder box-type welded structure, with high structural strength, good rigidity, stable operation, compact layout and small wheel pressure. It can be matched with double flap grab, orange peel grab, timber grab and other types of grab buckets according to different handling materials, widely used for handling coal, ore, sand, gravel, slag, scrap metal, grain, chemical raw materials and other bulk materials.
The lifting capacity of our grab bucket overhead crane ranges from 5 ton to 50 ton, with standard working classes A5 and A6, which can meet light-duty regular operation and medium-duty frequent operation demands. The working environment temperature is adaptable from -25℃ to 40℃, with stable performance, safe and reliable operation, simple maintenance and long service life.

1. Electric parts, control cabinets and small accessories are packed in fumigation-free high-quality plywood crates, reinforced with internal cushioning materials, to prevent collision, distortion and damage during long-distance transportation.
2. Main beams, end beams and trolley/winch assemblies are wrapped with waterproof plastic woven cloth and stretch film, with edge and corner protection to effectively reduce abrasion, scratches and moisture corrosion.
3. Standard-sized cranes are shipped in full containers to ensure cargo safety and reduce logistics costs.
4. Oversized or non-standard parts are shipped by bulk carriers, or partially disassembled and then packed into containers after truncation, to meet transportation and customs requirements.
5. All packaging processes strictly follow export standards, with clear shipping marks and labels for easy identification and handling. We choose the most suitable transport solution based on your delivery time, budget and cargo safety requirements.
