The European type overhead crane is designed based on international standard: FEM (Europe), DIN (Germany), ISO(International), equipped with many advantages such as: strong rigidity, light dead weight, low power, outstanding structure design etc. 

The configurations are very advanced, such as Schneider electrics, ABM/Nord / SEW triple gear motor (three in one: motor,gear box, brake), galvanized high strength wire rope, self-adjusted disk brake, hard tooth reducer, programmable lifting limit switch, and so on.

This type overhead crane is widely used in industrial manufacture, petroleum,workshop,materials stocks, warehouse,electronics etc and other materials handling application.

Product Details

Main Girder:

1. Main girder uses bias-rail box type structure, with optimized design and light dead weight. 
2. Steel material. Q235B / Q345B.
3. The cover and web plate should get surface rust removal by roller-way conveyor blasting machine before welding;
this blasting machine can perform blanking, sandblasting, painting and drying.
4. The welding work of main girder should be performed on work platform (welding assembly unit). In order to avoid distortionof main beam, we adopts U-shaped welding assembly unit to assure that vertical deflection degree between the top cover plate and joint edge of stiffened plate and web plate is no more than H/200, and also effectively reduce the partial wave of web plate.

End Carriage:

1. Material use Q235B/ Q345B.
2. It is made of rectangular steel-pipe or steel plate by welding, the finished end carriage get 1-time positioning process on numeral control machine in order to ensure dimension accuracy and fit tolerance.
3. Each end carriage is supplied with wheels with double-wheel rim, buffer and anti-derailing protection device.

4. Designed for European-style single girder overhead cranes, with compact structure, low noise, and smooth running performance.

European Hoist:

1. Compact European-style design, low headroom, small dead zone, maximizing the effective lifting height under the same workshop conditions.
2. Adopts high-quality motor, reducer, drum and brake, with features of low noise, high efficiency, long service life, and maintenance-free design.
Working Class: Standard working duty is M5 (ISO), suitable for medium and heavy-duty continuous use.
3. Equipped with over-limit protection, overload protection, phase sequence protection, and anti-collision function, meeting CE/ISO safety standards.
4. Optional variable frequency (VF) control for lifting and travelling, achieving smooth start/stop, low impact, and precise positioning.

Control:

1. Standard wired push-button pendant with emergency stop button, easy and intuitive operation, suitable for simple and low-cost applications.
2. Optional wireless remote control, allowing the operator to control the crane from a safe distance, with multiple functions including lifting/lowering, trolley travelling, and crane travelling. Features anti-interference, long control range, and ergonomic design.
3. Control voltage (380V/400V/415V etc.) and functions can be customized according to customer requirements.

Packaging & Shipping

Shipping way of Mingdao Cranes:
